End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and House of Hands LLC ("Licensor") for the House of Hands – Self Care App (the "Licensed Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Licensed Application, you agree to this Agreement.

1. License Grant

​

Licensor grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Licensed Application on devices you own or control, strictly in accordance with this Agreement and the usage rules of the app store from which you obtained it.

 

2. Restrictions

​

You agree not to, and not to permit others to:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Licensed Application

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Licensed Application

  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Licensed Application

  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

  • Use the Licensed Application for any unlawful purpose

 

3. Ownership

The Licensed Application is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Licensed Application, including all intellectual property rights.

 

4. Third-Party Services

​

The Licensed Application may integrate with third-party services (including Square for booking and RevenueCat/IAPHUB for subscription management). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

 

5. Consent to Data Use

​

You agree that Licensor may collect and use technical and usage data as described in our Privacy Policy to provide and improve the Licensed Application.

 

6. Termination

​

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under it end automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Licensed Application. Licensor may also terminate or suspend access as described in the Terms of Use.

 

7. No Warranty

​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensed Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Licensor be liable for personal injury or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Licensed Application.

 

9. Governing Law

​

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
