She is currently pursing her masters degree in clinical mental health counseling. She has training and certifications in health and wellness coaching, trauma touch therapy, somatic release, deep tissue, Swedish, sports, hot stone, prenatal, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, chair, myofascial release, aromatherapy, stretching, trigger point, couples, massage, cupping, aromatherapy and relaxation massage. She has been a massage therapist for almost 10 years and before that she worked in the mental health field for 15 years.
