  • Wellness data: stretch routines, wellness tasks and goals, water intake logs, and reminders you set in the app.

  • Health-related information: details you voluntarily provide in client intake forms, such as areas of focus, health history, allergies, and sensitivities. This information helps our therapists provide safe, personalized services.

  • Booking information: appointments and related details processed through our booking partner, Square.

  • Device and usage information: device type, operating system, push notification tokens, and app diagnostics that help us keep the app running smoothly.

 

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the app and our services

  • To manage your bookings and send appointment reminders

  • To deliver push notifications and wellness reminders you request

  • To process subscriptions and manage your account

  • To respond to your questions and support requests

 

3. How We Share Your Information

 

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate our services:

  • Square — appointment booking and related processing

  • RevenueCat / IAPHUB — subscription management

  • Apple and Google — payment processing for in-app purchases

  • Push notification providers — to deliver reminders you opt into

  • House of Hands staff — intake and booking details are visible to our team only as needed to provide your services

  • Legal requirements — when required by law or to protect our rights and safety

 

4. Your Choices and Rights

  • You can review and update your profile information in the app at any time.

  • You can delete your account from within the app (Profile > Delete Account). Deleting your account removes your personal data from our systems, subject to legal retention requirements.

  • You can turn push notifications off in your device settings or in the app's Settings.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are not directed to children under 13. You must be 18 or older to create an account, or have a parent or guardian create and manage the account on your behalf.
